It is a great way to observe ourselves learning something new (or old), being taught by others, and truly being present.   • Walking the Mountain

    This Meditation is a reflection. As we begin, we are walking down a path. We notice a slight incline but continue moving forward. As we walk, we come to a building. Inside the building we are transported to a memory. As we leave the building and continue walking the path, we are asked to observe the feelings in our bodies after the event and recognize the effects the event or memory had on our physical and emotional bodies as we continue to walk.
