She had an implantable heart monitor tracking her heartbeat while she experienced the blockage. She had no idea it happened until 3 days later when her doctor saw the results (three day lag in transmitting the data). She was given a pacemaker to ensure a regular heart rhythm, but her heart coming back from that blockage is nothing short of a miracle.
