Hornsby are pioneers when it comes to delivering outreach which does not make homeless people a collective group and puts the whole issue in the 'too hard basket' but works with people who are homeless as individuals who need tailored support. The Task Force now incorporates Ku-ring-gai and are addressing the growing concern of people looking for assistance in the Gordon area. The issues discussed in this interview are transferable anywhere in the world.
