Captain Marvel is on the cusp of breaking ground for the Marvel Cinematic Universe as its first big-budget attempt at a female-led superhero film, adding a layer to the genre that was sorely needed. We've seen how great films like Wonder Woman can inspire a generation so here's hoping Captain Marvel follows suit, but that's not what THIS episode is about.
