What a phenomenal interview that was juicy for JJ to reveal to us as she rarely gets to dive into the magic and health of her incredible marriage to Tim. We began by tying together sugar cravings or issues with weight to the emotional component under the surface... and how it's a negative downward spiral of hormones and neurological transmitters that create more cravings and feelings of depression or self criticism. We concurred that growth is ALWAYS outside your comfort zone and this deliciously moved into her last relationship before her beloved. This woman always makes me smile inside and out. I think you can tell from the interview. She’s brave, bold and raw embodied. Having her long-term marriage as an example for me of what’s possible outside of the normal rules of marriage really inspires me. As does her funky makeup and fashion! Allana's Getting Your Brave On Coaching Practice: I think Amy calls them Smith Systems, what her and her man do to have their relationship thrive. Create a System in your marriage or relationship that creatively handles something you often butt heads about. Sometimes just having it spelled out and on the fridge to know who’s going to make dinner, take out the garbage, walk the dog... really helps eliminate misunderstandings. Also put date nights, sex nights, pleasure nights, alone nights, girl’s nights, boy’s nights etc. into a system so that neither partner gets to the point of feeling nervous to ask for what they need, nor does the other partner feel left out. Try a System out for a month and if it works, great, if not

Larry is the embodiment of a noble badass. He's real. He's hysterical, heartfelt, humble and heroic. Wow. As you all know, we had our wonderful, intimate interview with the great, Betsy Chasse. Who you also know from Brave, Bold & Raw! She is really one, amazing woman! She is truly extraordinary beyond belief. She is a prime example of a woman who wears multiple hats and does it so incredibly well. India.Arie tells us that she has never been better and is living a new stress-free life after going through some hard times, but she’s BACK! She shared that she began releasing pent up “toxicity” from carrying negativity and fear of other’s and once she began to heal, she realized how much she “never knew she didn’t need to fear”. Having that spiritual awakening has helped her to start anew and live the life her soul intended for her to live. She has such a beautiful soul! After 19 yrs of being an intimacy expert, I am thrilled I waited this long to interview the amazing John Gray. I could get him deeply. We went through this amazing tantric energy exercise which I could FEEL and which brought TEARS to my eyes. I understood what he meant by hormones running the show. I have lived what he spoke of with making love to the cosmos in my body. I understood what he spoke of with women in our masculine hiding our insecurities and making our worlds out of balance.  I felt deeply what he meant by transcending past neediness yet still owning that we require those we can depend on, that me time and selfish time are healthy self sufficiency.  I agreed that we are responsible for our own happiness. What a great conversation about how a terrifying accident inspired this man's purpose to emerge. Michael and I met through the XChange community. Wow, I've met a brother from another mother! Tribe ;-) Deep connection is his Beingness. Instant presence. He's human like the rest of us... yet he brings such ease, authenticity, grace, tenderness, humor and boldness to a conversation... and transparency. Crazy how we talked bodily functions within the first 5 minutes! ha! He also walks his talk, does his work, is learning to surrender just like me, just like the rest of us. I shed tears feeling so safe in his presence to be real. And I was inspired by the power of a sanctuary... yes I create sanctuaries wherever I go, yet I haven't had 'roots' since last July and he shed light on why things seem spinning energetically... that making a CHOICE (even if I make another choice tomorrow or next year) allows me to calm down, settle inside, exhale, open. My amazing friend and colleague Larry Michel... I know we get on like a house on fire, yet I forgot how long we've known each other, how long we've had each other's back and how LONG his amazing genetic energetics has been working magic in people's lives. My interest got re-sparked given how many couples I'm working with as a tool to help understand how people communicate and how they're wired sexually. All tools (that work) build bridges from judgment or shame toward understanding and connection. Larry's typology supports just this. Ok these are two of my favorite new people!!!!! They GET it. They LIVE it. They TEACH it. They know the benefit of fully expressing energy. Conflict is an invitation to thrive, dive deep into intimacy, ignite passion... anger, sadness, fear etc isn't bad. They get In To Me I See... that we MUST have an intimate relationship with ourselves in order to stay present and listen without reaction to our partner in heated moments. They have gotten closer over the years by being willing to be 'fully caffeinated' and speak up about what's really happening inside. They help couples get underneath the avoidance or the blame to really what's dying inside... they give space to speak about why it's important to stay and work on the relationship or to consciously uncouple.
