  • Is the Bible the Inspired Word of God? (Church Feb 4)

    03/02/2018 Duration: 01h19s

Sunday, Feb 4, Jesse talked about that February marks his nonprofit BOND's 28th anniversary. We've been around 28 years rebuilding the family by rebuilding the man. Jesse Lee Peterson started the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny after he realized that it wasn't "racism" that holds blacks back, but the lack of moral character — brought on at root by unforgiveness toward mothers and a separation from fathers. Before all this, Jesse prayed to God to let him see himself. He listened to a preacher on the radio say that you must pray quietly and forgive to enter the kingdom of heaven. So he sat and prayed and saw that he had anger toward his mother for separating him from his father, so he went and apologized to her for resenting her, for hating her, and he returned to his father as well. He started a radio show in Los Angeles to spread the good news, but many blacks called him names, threatened the radio station, and so he was kicked off the station. The Los Angeles Times did a story on him, then Phil Don

  • Judging Others Hurts YOU (Church, Jan 28)

    28/01/2018 Duration: 52min

Sunday, Jan 28: At Church, a man talked about having turned down a good business opportunity because he'd judged the people involved. This reminded Jesse of a caller on his radio show who had judged Donald Trump for his past, not realizing he too had sin in his past, and did not want to be judged for it. Many people relate in that they judge and don't realize it — they think they're being smart. Intellectuals who are puffed up on their knowledge look down on and obsess over people like Donald Trump and Jesse Lee Peterson who aren't like them. It's a battle of good versus evil — evil is subject to good, because evil hates good. People asked about what to do when you catch yourself judging, and what it means to judge with righteous judgment. Jesse answered a number of questions from the audience and people watching online. A man mentioned his children were getting upset that his ex-wife was bringing different guys home. Jesse recommended he let her know, but he's given up warning her about how her wrongdoing af

  • What Is Faith? (Jan 21)

    20/01/2018 Duration: 01h12min

Sun, Jan 21, we discussed the Biblical Question from Matthew: What is faith? Jesse addressed a couple of YouTube comments about not thinking about your life — living without doubt. We talked about evil, about the need to forgive your mother and father. You cannot be born again or know God unless you forgive — especially the father, who represents Christ on earth. Simply saying, "I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior" means nothing if you do not forgive — Christ said that we should pray, "Forgive us as we forgive others." New people showed up, including the girlfriend of a 25-year-old man who was at Church last week with his mother. Some black young ladies also visited. All really appreciated Jesse, even though they had thoughts about life that were not right. One woman was emotional but wanted to touch others with love. But love is not emotional. Another remained with her boyfriend to make him a better man — but that does not work! Jesse urged that people practice the Silent Prayer available on http://rebuildi

  • What Cornerstone Have You Rejected in Your Life? (Jan 14)

    14/01/2018 Duration: 01h20min

Sunday, January 14, 2018: We talk about President Trump's alleged "s—hole countries" comment, the fact that people can't handle truth. We read from the parable of the wicked tenants of a vineyard who beat the landlord's servants who came to collect, then killed his son. Do you know the difference when something is revealed to you, versus coming from intellectual knowledge? We talked about the quote, "The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone." What cornerstone have you rejected in your life? We take about anger and our theme of self-knowledge. Criticism and praise are both imposters; when you live from within you see this. A mother and her 25-year-old son visited, and Jesse talked extensively with them about forgiveness, anger, moving out of his mother's house, and dealing with relationships such as his girlfriend and not having sex until marriage. Jesse urges everyone practice the Silent Prayer — find it on http://rebuildingtheman.com/church or VIDEO: https://youtu.be/zjwvbidPcIk or on AUDIO

  • Self-Knowledge and Doubting Every Thought (Jan 7, 2018)

    07/01/2018 Duration: 01h05min

Sunday, Jan 7, Jesse talked about the reality that we should doubt every thought that enters our minds. Don’t listen to them, don’t engage with them. Our thoughts are not from God, but are lies from Satan. Doubt the lies of your father the devil, so that you can believe the truth and become a child of God. Adam doubted the truth believed the lie. Thanks to Christ, we can doubt the lie and believe the truth. Not everybody was able to see that every thought we get is a lie. So we discussed this. One man watching online asked: How do you know yourself really? Jesse was about to ask this same thing. So we also talked about our theme this year: Self-knowledge. Note that self-knowledge is not self-analysis. Don’t try to analyze yourself — that will not work. Rather, take up your cross daily, relax in suffering and temptation rather than going with them and giving into them. And do what’s in front of you to do. http://rebuildingtheman.com/church This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other

  • How Do You Know You're Born Again? + Silent Prayer (New Year's Eve, Dec 31, 2017)

    30/12/2017 Duration: 59min

Sunday, Dec 31, 2017: As we did last New Year, Jesse led the church in a Silent Prayer, which he urges people commit to do. We also talked about the previous Biblical Question of the Week: How do you know when you're born again? Jesse talked about his experience (which he also discussed during his radio show on Friday, Dec 29, Hour 3). Jesse pointed out ways people don't see life or human nature correctly, due to blindness to spiritual principles. Jesse referenced a point James made on The Hake Report, where he quoted Bill O'Reilly saying that when you're given an opportunity, take it! Some don't take their opportunities that God gives them, then feel ignored by God. • How Do You See God? (Christmas Eve, Dec 24, 2017)

    24/12/2017 Duration: 01h45s

On Christmas Eve, Jesse talked about his Biblical Question of the Week: How do you see God? In John chapter 3 verses 1-8, Jesus said that unless you are born again, you cannot see God. Jesse sees God as his Father, which happened after he returned to his earthly father. A mother's (or father's) emotional "love" is not real love, but comes from anger, from hate. Hence kids go out-of-wack as they grow up. Anger awakens emotions, sexual appetite and other addictions. Know yourself by watching what's going on inside you, recognizing that something is driving you and warring within you. Be conscious so that you remain in the presence of God, and then you can overcome your issues. http://rebuildingtheman.com/church This is a public episode. • No Sex Outside Marriage! Here's Why (Dec 17, 2017)

    17/12/2017 Duration: 01h02min

Sunday, Dec 17, we cover stories such as from CNS News: An entire family turned transgender (links below). Jesse wrote in WorldNetDaily: Is the Black Woman 'God' in Alabama? Washington Examiner reported that 77 percent of births to black native-born Americans in 2015 were out-of-wedlock — to single mothers. 49 percent of Hispanic immigrant births were out-of-wedlock, while 57 percent of Hispanic births to mothers born here were to unwed mothers. Then we talked about relationships, dating, and marriage, as well as forgiving mothers and fathers. One man talked about breaking free of his parents, admitting to them that he hated them, apologizing and forgiving them. He brought his girlfriend down from San Francisco to join our meeting — and she likes and agrees with Jesse's message. Do not have sex before marriage — the man will cheat and will see any woman who has sex out-of-wedlock as a w***e. Men are looking for a good woman who will not have sex with him until marriage, although they will not tell you this. O

  • Love Conquers All (Church Dec 10, 2017)

    09/12/2017 Duration: 01h02min

Sunday, Dec 10, 2017: We touched on things in the news (Judge Roy Moore's sexual harassment accuser, who with Gloria Allred tried to use a yearbook as "evidence" against him), then talked about how "love conquers all." What does it mean? How? If you have anger, you don't truly know. And how should young parents raise their kids in a godly home? Leave the children alone and work on yourself — and drop the "Christian talk." Jesse urged people to watch The Great White Hope (President Trump) to see how he handles situations. Children of God don't overreact to the issues of life. Donald Trump sets a good example of this. Church Sunday 11am PT http://rebuildingtheman.com/church This is a public episode. • Self-Knowledge: The Solution to Suicide and Judgment (Church, Nov 26, 2017)

    25/11/2017 Duration: 01h07min

VIDEO: https://youtu.be/wejBhbN1eGk From Nov 26, 2017: Jesse told the story of a friend’s son who committed suicide on Thanksgiving Day. He jumped off a bridge. He was 41-years-old. Why didn’t he overcome his issues and learn how to deal with life in the right way? It’s a spiritual battle, and we cannot overcome our own issues. (Suicide is selfish. Many people commit suicide over the holidays. This man was taking psychotropic drugs. He hated his father, and also himself.) http://rebuildingtheman.com/church Jesse asked people if they know themselves or see themselves. When you know yourself, you don’t care what others think. But you can’t make it happen. You must endure. You must forgive your father and mother. You must not judge or hate yourself or anyone. Rather, know yourself. Self-knowledge is a state of nonjudgmental attention, without asking, “Why?” In reality, we are no good (but in our fallen state we think we are somebody). Why shouldn’t you suffer? Who are you that you do not deserve what you get in
