The STF guys come to you from the frontlines of social distancing to answer you pressing questions on quarantine life, give some important lifestyle advice, and break down the best frisbee documentary that has nothing to do with frisbee: Netflix’s Cheer.

The STF guys celebrate St. Patrick's Day by doing the previously unthinkable: recording a podcast before noon. Checking in with everyone from their social distanced dwellings, Pat and Tad offer consolation to college kids whose seasons are over, mull the future of graduating seniors, and tease some new projects they'll be doing while we're all stuck at home.

With college season in full swing, the STF guys get on their low horses and program-shame anyone who had the luxury to play on a team with O and D-lines or travel cross country for tournaments. A question over calling offside in an unobserved game goes directly to the very heart of the sport, and the first three STF All-Stars of 2020 are announced. All that, plus an announcement about an auction and an update on the injury bracket.

College season is underway, as Pat returns from sun-soaked Florida Warm Up and Tad has takes about a well known program who, actually, are cowards. Tone deaf sideline parent hijinks, rookies trying to make horrible cheers stick, and sketchy fifth year academic recruitment. College ultimate baby! Plus, some wrap up thoughts on the Beach of Dreams and weird cat guys at the gym.

Megan and Meghan from the world’s finest online frisbee comic, Contested Strip, come by to talk about Lei Out/Throwback, the merits of beach ultimate, going to college with Tad, and their new book “One More Year.” Later, Pat and Tad get into the perils of child rearing and try to figure out how much weight they could gain in a single day.

STF comes hot out of the gates in the new decade, assessing the populist rage that sprung up over USAU's "Beach of Dreams" and answering the question: "Does ultimate deserve to be in the Olympics?" Tad reports back from his first ever disc golf tournament, and Pat describes the wackiest winter league format he's ever seen.

It’s the 2019 Busties! (Gender Neutral Golden Busts) STF looks back at the best, and mostly worst, of the year that was. Who will take home the hardware for Worst Play or Moment of #legitimacy? Tune in to find out!

Tis the season for sitting around and bitching, as Pat and Tad go over the upcoming USAU Board Election despite the fact that no one ever votes in them. Will that change? Should it? The STF guys had a real show planned, but the madness of the offseason took hold and things went off the rails pretty quickly. They touch on winter league, the unwritten rules of playing in gloves, and how to #liveultimate on Thanksgiving in between deep introspection on barbershop masculinity, waiting in line for the bathroom at bars, guys who bring their own weights to the gym, and "not getting punked" as a lifestyle.

The STF guys are back to break down the most important aspects of Nationals, mainly spirit shaming, consolation games, and preachy DJs. It’s the Nationals recap you never asked for and probably don’t need.

The guys go deep on the scandal of the year and look at every angle of the Skip Sewell drug kingpin story. Tad gives the story of his tattoo before picking out the best of the Ultimate Ink tattoos, and a dramatic scene from fall league is unpacked. Meanwhile, Pat drinks 12 beers and eats 24 donuts. It’s a weird one!

After a strange Regionals experience for both of the STF guys, Tad and Pat celebrate Moondog, the calming mediocrity of the Mid-Atlantic region, and low body count (so far) of EEE exposed regions. They then get into the debate around player costs and revisit the epic origins of the infamous Fall Brawl.

STF is back with a full recap of Charlie’s wedding, and Pat’s harrowing attempt to attend both the wedding and sectionals in the same weekend. Fall league musings, sideline games, and trashing o-line-only players.

STF heads into the dog days of summer on the back of Pat’s Wildwood triumph and Tad’s life affirming trip to Masters Nationals. The guys go over some listener emails about Evan Lepler’s early broadcast career and crystal meth, and offer an entirely serious solution to the YCC “co-champion debacle.”

As all the east coast ultimate weirdos descend on the Jersey Shore, Pat and Tad convene for STF's four year anniversary and fifth Wildwood show. They go over what makes the tournament so special, hear from people going to their first Wildwood, and reflect on everything that has changed and stayed the same over the past four years. All that plus a quick Mars recap, and a special guest for Trash, Trash, FB.
