Although not a requirement for salvation, Holy Spirit Baptism is the act that empowers the believer to live fully in this life on earth.

“Water Baptism is a sign of the New Covenant.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy shows us the importance of Water Baptism in the life of the believer. Although it is not a necessary act to complete salvation, it is a sign of the promise and seal that the Holy Spirit has made to us when we are saved.

Condemnation is the awareness of sin in our lives without hope of change. Conviction is the awareness of sin with the hope of change. This only comes through the person of the Holy Spirit. “A mind set free is one that discerns God’s presence and obeys what He says.” In this message, Pastor Sean Reed shares the importance of a renewed mind. Through the power of Jesus Christ, we can have complete transformation and be set free in the battlefield of our mind.

In this message, Pastor John Hobbs shares the importance and the beauty of the Father’s love for His children. If we choose to live and walk in the fullness of His love, we can step into the abundant life He has planned for us!

“We can do Hard things when we believe God for the impossible things.” In this message, Pastor Gina Robinson talks about the importance of faith in our lives. It is the faith in Jesus that allows us to overcome whatever may stand in our way!

“Prayer and praise provide an atmosphere of faith.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kenndy shows how faith and action actually coincide. Our actions are the result of our faith. When we lift up our praise and worship to God, our faith increases and God begins to move!

“Faith is not about quality or quantity, but about honesty.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy takes us to the basic roots of faith. Living a life expectant in God to show up and do a work is more about being honest with God and following Him in obedience than it is about mustering up courage. Simple Faith is faith that a child has in trusting their father, just as we trust our Father in heaven.

“When we give our first, it released freedom and teaches us stewardship.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy shares the importance of giving to God. God cares about giving the firsts of what we have far more than the amount that we give. Whether it is our talents, our time, or our finances, God calls us to be excellent stewards, and that starts by giving to God first!

“We can overcome fear and forgive our enemies because Jesus did!” In this message, Pastor Brady Boyd, one of our Apostolic Elders and pastor of New Life Church in Colorado, addresses the concept of fear in our lives. Although fear is a very real thing, we can rely on God to protect and defend even in the face of fear. He is a good Father who not only keeps us safe from danger but can free us from fear itself.

In this message, Pastor Deana shares with us her legacy of faith and the journey she and Pastor Greg followed that ultimately led them to found Opendoor Church. As both a spiritual and biological mother, she stresses the importance of prayerfully investing in those whom God has placed in our lives.

“Marriage between a man and woman is a unique context where shared biological life and emotional intimacy come together in a direct unit that provides stability for society” In this message, Pastor Sean Reed shares God’s view of sexuality and why it is so important. In Genesis, God establishes the first marriage between one man and one woman. Anything other than this original plan would ultimately to go against His best. Born with a sinful nature, our spiritual orientation is established by choosing to obey God.

“There is no greater evidence of believers being different than being rested in the society we live in today.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy shows us the importance of rest. In a society that prides itself on being busy, it is easy to neglect one of the most sacred things in our life, taking a sabbath. We were created to work from rest rather than rest from work!

“What makes people valuable above all other created things is our ability to bear God’s image.” In this message, Pastor Sean Reed explains the importance of being an image-bearer of God. Created in the image of God, every human should be cherished regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, intellectual capacity or cognitive ability. As Christians, we need to be on the front lines of protection for every image-bearer of God, especially those who cannot fight for themselves.

“The Kingdom of God is established on this earth through the people of God.” In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy begins a new series entitled “Imago Dei.” As the pinnacle of God’s creation, we are designed to be carriers of His image. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we can move forward the Kingdom of God by being His image here on the earth.

Without Christ's death and resurrection, we would not have victory over sin and death. Through Him we have redemption. In this message, Pastor Aaron Kennedy shares the eternal hope we have in Jesus and the reason we celebrate Easter.
