This week Will and Dan start off with the rosters from this year's All-Star weekend...the one Alex Ovechkin decided to skip.  In other news, the Ducks make a few trades, the Panthers get Trocheck back, the Maple Leafs have stunk and Islanders have been great.

Back from a holiday sabbatical, Will and Dan discuss the Dallas Stars CEO's comments about his top players, the unstoppable Tampa Bay Lightning, and how much of a stud Nikita Kucherov is.

The Flyers fired Dave Hakstol today after assuring everyone that he was their coach only yesterday.  The Blackhawks haven't looked too good, and Ovechkin could break Gretzky's goal scoring record?

Just a very brief update to let you know that Will is studying for his college finals this week so we didn't (and won't) have an episode this week, but will be recording one on Sunday night.  Thanks for your understanding!

Dan and Will have Eric on to talk about the Sabres and how good they've been this year.  We touch on a variety of topics surrounding the Sabres, Housley's coaching, Rasmus Dahlin's growth, Jack Eichel and the quality goaltending duo of Hutton and Ullmark.

We start this week's episode giddy about all the young talent in the NHL and how much better hockey is for it.  Hextall got the axe and only a few injuries to cover for this week's player's graveyard.

The Blues and Oilers fire their coaches, we have an extensive Player Graveyard segment, and the Sabres are really streaking.

In a move surprising most of us, the Blackhawks parted ways with long-time (and 3 time Cup winning) coach Joel Quenneville. We also revisit the Ottawa Senators Uber-Gate scandal and William Nylander trade rumors. 

And Ottawa has another mess to clean up after some players were caught on camera badmouthing their team and coaches.  In other news, the Islanders and Canucks are streaking and Sean Monahan had a monster week.

This week we debut a new segment about rising and falling teams, with Pittsburgh rising and Los Angeles falling.  Auston Matthews is out for a month and Crosby headlines the three stars of the week.

When is something going to happen with William Nylander?  And so our watch begins....Pekka Rinne headlines the player graveyard and a hockey team from Kenya travels to Canada to play some puck.

Seriously!  The Canes have been fabulous!  In other news, we talk about the Austin Watson situation in Nashville, the unstoppable Leafs, and the underwhelming Oilers.

The 2018-2019 season has begun and....hasn't quite gone as predicted.  Lots of scoring, struggling teams we thought would be good, and teams like Montreal and Ottawa surprised us.  

Will and Dan preview all the teams in each division, where they will finish, standout players, who we think will make the playoffs from each division, and at the end of the episode pick our Stanley Cup favorites.

Will and Dan briefly recap the 2018 draft and some trades made before getting to the main event....Free Agent day!  It certainly did not disappoint.

Dan and Will start off with the Domi/Galchenyuk trade, then wade into the PR nightmare Ottawa is going through right now.

So the Washington Capitals are this year's Stanley Cup winners, defeating the 1st year Vegas Golden Knights 4 games to 1.  As entertaining as the series was, it's been just as fun to watch Ovi and the Caps celebrate.  We also briefly touch on the shake up the Islanders are going through right now.

Did anyone (who isn't completely insane) pick the Capitals vs. the Golden Knights for the finals at the beginning of the season?  Or even at the beginning of the playoffs?  An unlikely matchup of first year expansion franchise vs perennial playoff chokers who never make it out of the second round.  Either way, one of these teams will be taking home their first cup.

Dan and Will recap the 2nd round series and make predictions for the conference finals.  Also, Putin scores 5 goals in a "friendly" game in Russia.

With the Leafs/Bruins series just seconds from being finished up, Dan and Will summarize the first round and predict the second round of the 2018 Stanley Cup playoffs.
