  • Should Dart Guy have a radio talk show? Is the word "chief" offensive? Should the Boy Scouts accept girls? What's the future of American soccer? Remembering LSgt. Earl McAllister

    12/10/2017 Duration: 54min

Scott opened today's show with not one but three unusual and simply disappointing stories. There was a guy who dyed his hair and painted the Maple Leafs' logo on his face with a cigarette in his mouth at a Maple Leafs game who became known as "Dart Guy". Well Dart Guy has been given a two hour radio show in Toronto! You might ask why this was done, because he's Dart Guy! That's the only reason! The Toronto District School Board is removing the word "chief" from any job title that possesses the word "out of respect for Indigenous communities". This is being done despite the fact that the word "chief" is English. The Boy Scouts and the Girl Guides are named as such to reflect on who their members are. So then why is it that the Boy Scouts are considering accepting girls into their ranks? Doesn't this contradict the name "Boy Scouts"? The Girl Guides don't like this decision, do you? What are your thoughts on these outrageous stories?-All the United States soccer team needed was a tie against Trinidad & Toba

Do you agree? Are sexual crimes are being treated seriously enough? Guest: Lenore Lukasic-Foss, Director of the Sexual Assault Centre of Hamilton-The Maple Leafs are dominating the ice this season! The team has loads of talent and they've been showing it game after game but the question is, how much longer can they keep this up for? When will the Leafs' winning streak end? Guest: Bubba O'Neil, Sports Anchor at CHCH-It's hard to enjoy a sport like boxing when you know that every blow you cheer for is one that can damage the other fighters' brain and have a massive effect on the rest of their life. 06/10/2017 Duration: 54min

According to a Toronto Star article, three nursing homes have been told that they're no longer allowed to accept new residents due to sub-standard care.
