Hour 2 – Joe Juliano, Philadelphia Inquirer, with his feelings on starting college football on time, decision making regarding that, Philadelphia’s inconsistent stance on fans at Eagles games this  year, and a Philly sports COVID outlook. Plus, hear from Penn State Safety Trent Gordon’s recent zoom conference, on his position change and more.

Thursday 7/16/20 Hour 1 – Topics: PIAA still moving forward with fall sports and Steve questions why we don’t hear when schools who suspended football practice resume practicing. Guest: Bucknell University Director of Athletics and Recreation Jermaine Truax, saying health and safety was behind cancellation of Patriot League fall sports, spring is on the table for fall sports, start of winter sports on time still TBD, but still a possibility, budget concerns and more.

Wednesday 7/15/20 Today’s full show: Penn State football COVID-19 test results, plus an update on Ohio State and Kansas State testing, other Power 5 coach’s comments on playing, and the PSAC announcement.  We then broke away for a press conference with Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine, that can be found at WKOK.com.

Guest: Neal Coolong, Steelers Wire/USA Today, on how players could not report to training camp if they don’t like the COVID-19 protocols, the Steelers COVID-19 plan for training camp, his take on Washington’s name change, and more.

Hour 2 – Guest: Andrew Marchand, New York Post, on the suspension of ESPN NBA Insider Adrian Wojarnowski, what prompted him to send the F-bomb email to a Missouri senator, no fracture with ESPN, and more. Monday 7/13/20 Hour 1 – Topics: Reaction to The Patriot League cancelling fall sports, Penn State football transitions to next reopening phase, and Redskins officially announce name change. Guest: Greg Brown, the voice of the Pittsburgh Pirates, on the MLB restart and how the 60-game schedule can affect the team, his first impression of new manager Derek Shelton, DH candidates, and much more.

Thursday 7/10/20 Hour 1 – Topics: Top replacement names for Washington football, Guest: JP Finlay, NBC Sports Washington Redskins Insider, on what names are emerging to replace ‘Redskins,’ mixed reaction from fans to change the name, and other means for the organization to consider for the name change.

Hour 2 – Guests: Austin Gayle, PFF, with the latest numbers heading into the 2020 season on Micah Parsons and other top college prospects; Emily Kaplan ESPN NHL Reporter and Penn State grad, with the latest on the NHL’s phase reopening plans, on next season maybe starting December 1, and the marathon of games fans will get to watch. Plus, how the B1G’s fall sports decision could affect other power 5 conferences’ decisions, and how it would negatively affect smaller conferences like the MAC.

Wednesday 7/9/20 Hour 1 – Topics: More reaction on the Ivy League’s fall sports decision, the ACC’s decision to delay fall sports, and B1G fall sports, including football, may just have conference games. Guest: Matt Leon, KYW Newsradio, on the Ivy League’s no fall sports decision, Penn’s situation, and more.

Hour 2 – Guest: New Denver Nuggets GM and former Penn State men’s basketball player Calvin Booth, on his dad’s passing, working his way up, being in ‘the bubble’ in Orlando, and more.
