There is a battle going on to control our urges and desires. The only way to see victory is to look to Jesus.

Gentleness, as part of the fruit of the Spirit, expresses itself in meekness. Meekness is power under control. As we seek to walk by the Spirit and exercise gentleness, we can look to our God to be gentle and meek for us, His Children.

Jesus is the perfect example of faithfulness, and through His Spirit we can enjoy this quality in our lives also.
