On today's program, I responded to moral arguments against the Bible as made by popular YouTuber AaronRa. I dealt with the issues of slavery, rape, the foundation of moral judgments, and other important moral questions.

On today's program, I responded to atheist youtuber AronRa on the subject of abortion. He argues that the Bible does not prohibit abortion, and that Numbers 5 actually teaches that the Israelites were called to perform abortions. These assertions were demonstrated to be completely baseless. 

On today's program, I responded to a sermon preached by Brian Schwertley on the subject of baptism. I defended the Lutheran view of baptismal regeneration. 

On today's program, I continued my discussion of scholasticism through giving a historical overview of the thirteenth century, and Thomas Aquinas in particular. I discussed his most important writings and contributions to both theology and philosophy. 

On today's program, I recorded a question and answer podcast live on facebook. I interacted with listener questions on a number of topics including baptism, the two natures of Christ, the episcopacy, and the the nature of the ministry.

On today's program, I discussed scholastic theology. For the first half, I gave an introduction to some of the issues raised in scholasticism, and common contemporary criticisms of the scholastic method. For the final half hour, I gave a brief history of how Christian theology led to scholasticism in the twelfth century with Peter Lombard.

On today's program, I was joined by my wife who interviewed me about my new book Hands of Faith. I discussed several aspects of the Lutheran distinction between the two kinds of righteousness. 

On today's program, I addressed a number of listener questions. I discussed Christian liberty and the use/non-use of alcohol, some thoughts on the two kinds of righteousness in relation to my most recent book, as well as the efficacy of regeneration as connected with infant baptism. I apologize for the not-so-great audio quality.

On today's program, I played a lecture that I gave on the differences between Lutheranism and Roman Catholicism, with regard to both doctrine and practice.

On today's program, I played another lecture in a series I have been teaching on the differences between Lutheranism and other branches of the Christian faith. In this talk, I discussed the differences between Lutheranism and Presbyterianism. I gave a history of the Reformed church which developed into Presbyterianism, and talked about the differences between a Calvinistic and Lutheran understanding of grace and predestination. I apologize for the bad audio quality of the recording.

On today's programmed, I played a talk I gave about the differences between Lutherans and Baptists. This is part of a series of talks about the differences between Lutherans and other Christian groups. In this talk, I discussed the history of the Baptist movement, as well as some of the differences among various Baptist groups. I then presented the Biblical case for infant baptism in opposition to Baptist theology.

On today's program, I continued our discussion of the Lutheran liturgy. On this episode, we talked about the Gospel reading, Gospel books, processionals, and debates about who should read Scripture in a church service and present children's sermons.
