Tidbits

I couldn't resist putting my two cents in when it came to podcasting in general, podcasting in this community, and my Tom & Dan success theory.  It's just a theory, but I am right.  Also, I found the original recordings of Owen and I when we were first talking about doing Tidbits.  This is the episode that should define what Tidbits is.  Maybe with more segments though.  I had a lot to say.  If you've ben listening to local podcasts, this is the episode to check out.

The title pretty much sums it up.  Once again the Tidbit is big enough that it fills up the episode.  I'm going to be trying to make smaller ones in the future, but even the big ones like this don't lack in excitement!  What do you think the dark web is?  Have you been there?  If so, download this episode and laugh at our ignorance!

In this episode Bill and I go over a couple different articles that show how other places around the world are trying to manage the mentally ill.  This is NOT a heavy episode.  We have a lot of laughs and what isn't funny, is interesting as hell.  I'm still trying to find a way to make the segments shorter so one Tidbit doesn't last for a whole show.  As far as that goes, we failed on this episode.  Big time.

Bill and I talk about emus and goats and how in rare cases, they are treated like people.

The title means nothing, I just thought it was hilarious.  I talk to Crespo about his movie reviews and we discuss other things that don't have anything to do with anything.  It was a good time!  So good in fact, that this episode ran a bit long.  I'm sure you'll enjoy every extra minute!

This is a bit different in that it's just one long segment.  Many have heard that I went to the hospital.  I tell the whole story as I know it in this episode.  I have Rocky and Bill with me so it's almost like an episode of What's The Fuss.  I wanted at least one person available to be the interviewer and to keep things as light as possible.  I think we achieved that.  Either way, it's great to be back!

She's not, but that's her favorite band and I really didn't have any ideas for the name of the show.  A good friend of mine, Ben, came down from Virginia for the #tomanddan7year celebration so I had him cohost the show with me!  If you love punk rock and the massive subgenera that grew from it, you're going to love this episode.  Plus, it's Samantha.

I'm alone on this one, though I have a few personal updates to share.  The rest of the interview with Mickey resides in this episode.  I don't have any more content from him, but I really hope to get him back in the studio in the future.  Enjoy!

Bill from What's the Fuss was my guest cohost this time around and all of the content comes from meh interview with Mickey (Somehow, Corrupting the Kids).  Believe it or not, I still have plenty more coming from him in the future!  We talk about action movies, remakes and go in depth with Sesame street and 80's/90's TV shows.

I bet Trey's never heard that one before (the title).  This is from the same interview that I did with him the last two times he was on.  A few updates on changes to the show (that i'm almost certain everyone will think is better).  Trey tells a story about a Drive-thru experience at his local McDonald's and we go on to talk about Drive-thru's in general.  You'll love it.  That's why you downloaded it, right?

That's right!  This week I interviewed Mickey, former podcaster of Somacow and Corrupting the Kids.  He'll be out soon with a new podcast entitled Stranger Letter.  I'm a little wishy washy on the description in the opening because I wasn't sure I was getting all the details right.   Then there was the announcement that I now have a cohost on Tidbits, AJ Davis!  I will no longer have to talk to myself awkwardly each  week!  This may be the best episode so far, and I think you will all agree.

We kick things off with Chico telling us a couple stories about how he wanders off when drinking with friends.  Things are topped off with an interview with voiceover artist Joe I took a voiceover class with in Atlanta.  This episode runs a little short but next week will be packed.  The whole hour, you guys!

What would you do if you could only have 500 orgasms in your lifetime?  This question posed from friend and former Answer Pants member, Tardolphin and his fiancee, Kim.  So many variables!  We could have gone on forever with the possibilities but decided to also talk about siblings and how much of a difference the age gap makes.

I talk to Steve Tailbuster formerly of The Experience about his exotic drinking while in the military, but not before bitching about Eraserhead!

I talk about the Dyatlov Pass Incident, probably for way too long, and then My friend (Hurricane) Bill tells about his birthday at the Mystery Dinner Theater.  I've always wondered how those places worked and it's never been that far away from me.  Have you ever been?

I kick off the episode with my alarming medical crap that happened this last week and I talk once again with Trey (from The Swervey Jones Show) about shopping and how stores break down into tiers!  It's a segment you can't miss, and neither is my personal medical commentary because I know you care!

I Entertain you with my own thoughts on the Academy Awards a bit and then you get to hear a story from my friend Big Al from Stretching English (Amazing podcast, it's a must listen) about the fabled "Drunk Dave".  I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We look at Broncho's last recorded segment where the two of us talk about luxury buses and touring and all that!  Then the next story comes from me.  Even if you know me and have heard the story, I haven't told it right.  I haven't had the time.  I tell you about my escape from a mental facility that led to babysitting 3 kids.  There are a few interesting tidbits along the way.  Thanks for Downloading once again you guys!
