Happy Days Dispensary on Route 109 in East Farmingdale near Republic Airport is the second state-licensed brick-and-mortar recreational marijuana shop to open - and it went through a lot of legal hurdles to get those doors to swing open. Now that recreational marijuana is legalized, people are asking a lot of questions surrounding it, so today, Bill Mcintyre talks with the expert, Paul Lepore, the President of Happy Days Dispensary.

And Mr. Kessel’s resume is extensive as an expert on energy and consumer issues. He previously served as the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency’s Board Chair and as CEO of the New York Power Authority.
