Michael Ibrahim is the 'MI' behind MI Audio, the Australian pedal and amp company that has found success all around the world. Michael talks us through the inception of MI, starting with the iconic chrome Tube Zone inspired by the multi-dimensional drive tones of Allan Holdsworth. MI Audio is perhaps best known globally for it's enormously popular - and often copied - Crunch Box and Super Crunch Box. Michael unpacks the evolution of this pedal, including the true story behind the internal presence trim pot found in the second run back in 2005.  Michael also talks about the flood of blatant copies currently on the market by other companies. Zakk Wylde rose to international prominence when he joined Ozzy Osbourne's line up for 1988's No Rest For The Wicked. We talk to Zakk whilst on the road with Black Label Society - the band he formed and has fronted since 1998. Jack Jones (aka Irwin Thomas) is one of Australia's most beloved guitarists. Whilst his vocal chops brought him to prominence in Southern Sons in the early 1990s his sublime guitar phrasing, touch and tone were always close at hand. Jack talks us through the making of 'California Dreaming', a new chart topping album with his longtime friend Rick Price. The record - recorded in Rick's Nashville - is an homage to the West Coast songbook and features stellar guitar moments amidst Jack and Rick's vocal collaboration. The Canadian metal band rose to prominence in the early '80s and haven't stopped - as well documented in the 2009 documentary, 'This is Anvil'. Steve talks about his unconventional path to creating metal tones and what it means to have endured in the music business on his own terms.
