Wonky Tonk is an Ohio born and bred musician.  She's a rambling sort who has made her home in multiple locals over the years which is reflected in her sound.  We sit down to discuss the 2002 album Sharpen Your Teeth by Ugly Casanova.  It was a pleasure getting to sit down and discuss this record with her.  A one of a kind choice by a one of a kind artist.  Hope you enjoy! William Matheny is a West Virginia born and bred musician.  His past projects include Southeast Engine.  His current project is William Matheny & the Strange Constellations.  We sit down to discuss the 1973 album The Wild, The Innocent & the E Street Shuffle by Bruce Springsteen.  William is a great guy to sit down and talk music with as you'll see he is a voracious music fan as well.  Stick around after the interview for a fantastic cover of "Used Cars" by The Boss.  As always go listen to the record!!

Arlo McKinley (aka Tim Carr) is an Ohio born and bred musician.  His previous projects include The Great Depression.  His current project is Arlo McKinley & the Lonesome Sound  We sit down to discuss the 1998 album The Moon My Saddle by Chamberlain.  I've been a huge fan of his work going all the way back to The Great Depression so it was an honor to sit down and chat with him.  He was even kind enough to sing on my band Lost Coast's new album Sweet Action (out June 10).  Stick around after the interview for his performance of the song "The South Has Spoiled Me" by Chamberlain.  As always go listen to the record!!

Daniel Peterson is a Kentucky born and bred musician.  His current projects include Krystal Peterson & the Queen City Band and Honey & Houston.  We sit down to discuss the 1973 album Head Hunters by Herbie Hancock.  This record started off the jazz fusion sound of the 1970s and beyond.  It's also a heavily sampled album on a lot of classic hip hop records.  We discuss how this album influenced Daniel's drumming beyond just the great rhythms on this album.  As always go listen to the record!!

Elaina McCormick is an Ohio born and bred musician.  In addition to performing as a musician, she also teaches voice and high school band.  Elaina and I used to perform together in the band Shoot Out the Lights.  We sit down to discuss the 1971 album Tapestry by Carole King, which is one of the best selling albums of all time.  As always go listen to the record!!

Ryan Malott is an Ohio born and bred musician.  Ryan is the longtime frontman of 500 Miles to Memphis.  We sit down to discuss the 2001 album Lohio by Ass Ponys.  Ryan grew up near Ass Ponys frontman Chuck Cleaver so this record holds a special place for him.  This album also features the playing of past guests Billy Alletzhauser (Episode 21) and Randy Cheek (Episode 18).  As always go listen to the record!!
