The hardened heart expects Jesus to perform, it wants the miracle and not the life change that Jesus is about.

The foolish heart ignores Jesus' warnings, meanwhile the undivided heart defaults to Jesus' teachings.

It is never too late for an undivided heart as there is nobody outside the bounds of God's love and grace. On the cross and through the empty tomb Jesus obliterated all excuses as to why anyone should not repent and turn toward him.

Self-righteousness is no righteousness at all. A self-righteous heart is judgmental and destroys community. Humility is the key to a wholehearted love for God.

When you think you are in control you really aren't, you are drifting away at the whim of life's current. God provides an anchor, firm and secure, to avoid drifting.

You cannot serve two masters either you will hate the one and love the other. One rival to God is too many.

If you don't love God wholeheartedly you don't love God. The undivided heart is necessary for genuine love and faith in God through Christ.

Too often we assume we cannot be changed and therefore remain held hostage to our anger, worry, or bitterness. Fact is in Christ we have already been changed we just need to embrace our new identity in Him.

Are you a "spewer" or a "stewer" in your anger? Well, both have the capacity to harm those you love and yourself. God has given you the power to be released of sinful anger.

Many "experts" believe addiction has more to do about being human and allowing sin to have mastery over our lives than anything else. This sermon leads you toward the freedom from addiction as you defeat sin's authority over you.

Worry strangles and chokes the life right out of the worrier, negating happiness and paralyzing in fear. In Christ, God has provided the means to break free of worry once and for all.

Bitterness has a dangerous root and produces a dangerous poison putting all relationships in peril.
