Around Citi Live returns on Thursday night with a loaded program that will feature news, analysis, and plenty of debates about the New York Mets and Major League Baseball. Brad, Brendan, and Josh explore the possibility of the Mets trading for Giancarlo Stanton or Carlos Gonzalez, Zack Wheeler's control issues in Las Vegas, Matt Harvey and John Buck's dominant starts, and look forward to the upcoming series against the Minnesota Twins this weekend.    

As the New York Mets ready to battle the Miami Marlins in their series finale on Sunday afternoon, Around Citi Live moves back to an early timeslot to review the past week's games, look ahead to Sunday's series finale, and preview the Mets' upcoming series against the Philadelphia Phillies. Although the Mets didn't have much success in 2012, they won 10 games against the Philadelphia Phillies. To help preview the  series, Around Citi Live welcomes The Good Phight's Liz Roscher to the program. The Phillies have plenty of momentum coming into the series off of the heels of a dramatic walk-off victory on Saturday night and won't be making the Mets' lives easy this week. In addition, we discuss Terry Collins' bullpen management, pinch hitting decidions, and lineup construction. We'll look into news from around Major League Baseball, discuss the start of Zack Wheeler and Travis d'Arnaud's season, and much more. 

Around Citi Live returns fresh off of an explosive Opening Day in which the Mets downed the Padres 11-2. We'll discuss the aftermath, all of the happenings in Major League Baseball, and have a very special interview with the host of SNY's Geico Sports Night Kirk Gimenez. We'll talk to Kirk about becoming a host and how he managed to transition from Venezuela to the United States, his time at SNY, interacting with fans through social media, and talk Mets and MLB.   

On the eve of Opening Day 2013, Around Citi live will look to preview the New York Mets' opening series against the San Diego Padres at Citi Field. 

Around Citi Live returns to the airwaves as we welcome The 7 Line's Darren Meenan. Meenan, perhaps one of the most notable Mets fans, started his brand in 2010 and has seen himself profiled on CNN, the New York Post, and many other news sources. Perhaps his presence amongst the fanbase was felt most when he hosted The 7 Line Army's first group outing last year in support of R.A Dickey's 20th victory. This year, he'll kick off the season the same way the last one concluded with The 7 Line Army occupying center. Join us for what promises to be a special interview. 

Around Citi Live returns to the airwaves with a delayed start (apologies) and we welcome Nick Landi and Danny Kroll to talk a buffet of baseball. We discuss the Mets, Yankees, and a myriad of other baseball news, predictions, analysis, and have some fun while we're at it. 

Around Citi Live will welcome back the legendary Mestradamus to the program to hear the musings and prophecies of one of the funniest men in the blogosphere today.  The last time he joined the program, we talked in-depth about the New York Mets' bleak outfield situation heading into Opening Day, played a tremendous game of word association, and ended up talking about Fish McBits. This time, we'll look to not only talk up the latest news, but also incorporate more fun into the program. Stay tuned for more details. In addition, we'll be continuing our contest to give away TWO New York Mets tickets to see the Amazin's host the Cincinnati Reds at Citi Field on Tuesday, May 21st at 7:10 PM ET. 

Around Citi Live returns on Tuesday, March 5th, 2013 to begin our "National League East Preview" shows. This week, we'll be taking a look at the defending National League East Champion Washington Nationals as we'll welcome Federal Baseball's Patrick Reddington to the program. We'll discuss some of the New York Mets/Washington Nationals battles from 2012, the Nationals' offseason moves, expectations heading into 2013 (Including a full season of Stephen Strasburg, the evolution of phenom Bryce Harper, the addition of CP Rafael Soriano, and much more).  In addition, Around Citi Live will kick off the first show contest as a thank you to the listeners who have already helped us top 5,000 listeners for our first month's work! We're excited about the prospect of continuing to provide an entertaining and insightful program and thank those who have been listening and tolerating us as we continue to work out the kinks and make the show the best it can be. Although originally scheduled for last night, New York Mets pitcher Rob Carson will join Around Citi Live tonight at 8:30 PM for an exclusive interview. We'll discuss Rob's early days growing up in Mississipi, his journey to the big leagues, competiting for a spot on the Opening Day roster, and some of his hobbies outside of baseball.  In addition, we'll be running down some of the events that have occured over the past 24 hours. We'll take a peak at the New York Mets loss against the Atlanta Braves today, profiling what went right (...and what went wrong). We'll touch on Johan Santana's progress and then have some fun and take your calls.  

Although we originally intended to conduct an interview with New York Mets LHP Rob Carson, circumstances out of our control prevented us from doing so. We sincerely apologize to those who had planned on listening to the interview and we hope to compensate for the miscommunication in the future.  During the program, we discuss baseball cards (an Around Citi first), the latest New York Mets and MLB news, welcome several callers, play some trivia, touch on the World Baseball Classic, the Islanders' big win, Ruby Tuesday, the MTA's fare hikes, and the spectators at Citi Field.

Around Citi Live returns from a one week hiatus with a sunburned host and a myriad of topics to discuss as spring training is raging forward in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Metstradamus of http://www.metstradamusblog.com/ will join Josh, Brad, and Brendan to give his predictions for 2013 and to discuss the first games of spring.  We'll discuss Cowgill Fever, Zach Wheeler, Matt Harvey, Lucas Duda, Curtis Granderson (per request of Brendan), welcome several callers, and fire back with Brendan's Trivia and the smash hit "Did Mike Francesa Really Say That?"
