Join us for week 5 of our series on the book of Job. For over 30 chapters, Job and his friends ask God to respond. Job cries out, "God where were you? How could this happen to me?" This week, we read God's response as God turns their question around, asking Job, "Where were you?" This is an important week in our series as God brings a conclusions to the conversation between Job and his friends.

As Job holds to his innocence, his three friends are convinced that there must be some kind of wickedness in Job that brought on his suffering. Join us as we continue in our series on the book of Job. For anyone who has gone through a time of suffering, or for anyone who has witnessed a loved one walk through a season of suffering, you understand that there is often loneliness and brokenness associated with our moments of suffering. The story of Job points us forward to the fact that both loneliness and brokenness are overcome through the cross. Join us for week two of Job.

Job's story is incredible, and generation after generation have been able to look at the story of Job and relate to Job's journey and questions about God. We will examine the snapshot of the early church found in Acts 2:42-47 and are encouraged to get back to the basics of our identity as the church of Jesus Christ. Church is not something we “do” but rather is “who we are.” The Christian life is not meant to be done alone, but done TOGETHER as believers in Jesus.
