We have the pleasure of unleashing unto the world Torgarr, Famine Incarnate from the upcoming Magic: The Gathering set, Dominaria!   Torgarr, Famine Incarnate 6BB Legendary Creature — Avatar As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This spell costs {2} less to cast for each creature sacrificed this way. When Torgaar, Famine Incarnate enters the battlefield, up to one target player’s life total becomes half their starting life total, rounded down. 7/6   We cover some possible homes in Standard, Brawl, a fair Modern shell and, of course, a few spicy takes on ways to combo off with some sweet older cards!
