Its Olympic Day and we celebrate by looking back at the revival of the Games and how they very nearly remained naked. We take to the beaches to review some amazing sand-running events, Share The Run with Miriam Tan, and catch up with Olympic 5000m and 10,000m star, Eloise Wellings.

A record-breaking episode in which we get the latest on the racing action around the country, we catch up with a former hockey player who became Australia's best female distance runner, and reflect on the amazing life and achievements of a true legend of our sport, Ronald William Clarke. RIP Ron Clarke (1937-2015)

This week, getting naked is causing volcanoes to erupt! The runners take up the challenge at 'High-fives parkrun'. And we hear from one of the great (and often misspelt) names in Aussie distance running. 

This week we head to the UK to run naked with sheep, we get a first hand account of the runner's high, and we catch up with a fella guaranteed to bowl you over with the running feats he has achieved and a hidden secret!

Plenty of cheek on display this week as we analyse another interpratation of running naked which slips through the crack. Mossy pledges to swap his headband for a watermelon, and we catch up with the Queen of the Steeple, Her Royal Heiness Madeline Heiner!

After an 18-month layoff the boys are back in the saddle, reporting for duties at Naked Runners HQ. And what a way to bring the show back by securing an interview with the course record-holder of Shepparton parkrun himself, Mr Steve Moneghetti!
