01/03/2009 Duration: 38minKen Harding 1/03/09 Roman 1:18-32 Last week we considered Paul's reason for writing to the Church of Rome. This was all to do with the good news which we call THE GOSPEL. Paul was not ashamed of this gospel because it had changed him from being a self centred, bigoted, Christ-hating Jew into a Christian who loved the Lord and was passionate about the GOSPEL message which he once tried to destroy. We also asked the question "What is this Gospel"? and saw that it was God's power for the salvation of all who believed in Jesus. It is the method God uses 'God's master plan' to save us from sin and give us the righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ. God's righteous anger or wrath against all sin. (Romans 1:18-32) - It's against all sin, godlessness, and wickedness. (v18) - Those who suppress the truth by their wickedness. (v18) - God makes some things plain to us through creation.
