Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

What do you think of when you hear the word “church”? Stained glass windows, a steeple, organ music, or a choir? The church actually isn’t a building or even a service. It’s people. God created the Church to be a community of people who know Him. Join us for this series as we learn about becoming the church God created us to be. When God sees San Angelo First, we don’t want him to see a nice building or a great service. We want him to see a church.

Most people would say that church is a place for events, such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, baby dedications, or prayer meetings. But first and foremost, church, as we see in Acts chapter 2, should be a place where life change happens! And once we are truly transformed by God, we begin to make an impact for His glory. Church begins to spill out into the streets and an entire city gets impacted.

Over the past several weeks we've been discussing how God answers our prayers for healing and how to experience that healing that we desperately need. One type of healing that many of us may need is healing from relational hurt and damage. Oftentimes healing is an inside job. Jesus cares about the hurts that no one sees. Join us this week as we learn how Jesus heals relational wounds from our lead pastor, Pastor Landon Henry.

We have seen God move in powerful, tangible ways throughout this series. We've seen people be healed, marriages be restored and life changing dedications to follow Jesus. Believe that Jesus CAN HEAL.

God answers prayers in 3 ways: yes, no or wait. Yes and no are at least straightforward answers, but "wait" can be tough. If you're praying for a miracle and you feel like God put you in a place of waiting, be encouraged. God has a lot to say in the waiting.
