    We had stated in our last podcast that we were going to have some professionals in the areas of nutrition and exercise come and talk to us on the podcast. They were booked for a couple of weeks. In the interim, Summer and I decided to do a show honoring the United States. It is July 4th. We talk about how many great opportunities we have, just because we live here. We truly are a blessed people. What does this have to do with self-esteem? It is often good to reflect on the great things that we have in our lives that we sometimes take for granted. When we realize what we have that is good in our lives, we feel more content and happy.THANK YOU to all of those that are serving our country in the military. Your sacrifice is greatly appreciated!
