Some good news though, it has gotten a lot faster on average since last year! Comcast thinks that you should be charged a premium for privacy... what? AT&T actually already charges a large fee for "privacy". There is a family that happens to live almost in the middle of the country. They have been victim to their house being the default location for IP mapping. When the origin of an IP cannot be accurately located beyond the country of origin, their location happens to be where it points to. It's the first time I have messed with anything like that. David and myself are planning on messing with Kali Linux and possibly doing a bonus podcast discussing what we've learned. We aren't very experienced in that area. We're looking forward to expanding our knowledge base. Kurt talks a bit more about his work in the movie theater industry as well as his future plans now that he has moved on from there. Did you know that VHS is still a thing? I didn't. Apparently the last company to make them has finally closed it's doors. You soon may be able to get a Tron style bicycle with some pretty interesting features, but with a pretty steep price tag. Episode 4 - You're A Replicant!

Kurt should be back for the next episode. With the location change of our recording situation and not being sure on what day we want to record Kurt had made other plans. I think we have it all hammered out now so things should be much more consistent in the future. It was kind of a slow week for tech news considering we're just coming off of Computex and got a flood of awesome new stuff coming out. We talk some about the AMD RX480 that will be coming out very soon! New Star Trek bridge simulator game! I may have to get a VR headset just for that. The GTX 970, 980, and 980Ti may be a hard sell now with the GTX 1070 being so comparable in performance to the 980Ti at a much nicer price point. We've been watching a lot of great movies lately.
