One of the most dangerous things for a follower of Christ is to grow complacent and too comfortable with where you are in your spiritual growth. In our walk with the Lord, there will always be more for us and higher that we can grow in Him. The Scripture says that God has planned those things for us. Ephesians 2:10 AMPC  (10)  For we are God's [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. In this series of messages, we learn that if He has planned them for us, then let's be intentional and walk in them.

Ephesians 5:15-16 AMPC says, "Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people),  (16)  Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil."  It is the will of God for us to know the times and seasons of what God is doing in the earth and in our own lives. While we may not know every detail, He will give us enough revelation so we are not caught of guard and can make the most of every opportunity He brings into our lives. Clearly it is the Lord's will that His people live in not just peace, but in His peace that only comes from Him, in spite of the circumstances of this life. In John 16:33 (AMPC), Jesus also said, "I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]" Lets learn to live in His peace so we are not living in distress and frustration, but confident of Who He is and His love and care for us.

If we will obey and model our "love walk" after God's Word, we will always see the results God desires. Just in case you were wondering, Romans 5:5 (BBE) says, "And hope does not put to shame; because our hearts are full of the love of God through the Holy Spirit which is given to us." God already put into our hearts the love of God needed to love other people. You already have what it takes to love people the way God does!
