Morning Manna

We are so very blessed by our God. Enjoy a reading today of The Beatitudes. Soak them in and then give them out. Love you all.

Jesus said; "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." Abundant life is our legacy. Trust Him today for that precious gift.

Nehemiah 8:10 says, "The Joy of the Lord is my strength." May His joy overflow you in your life no matter what the circumstances you're facing.

Romans 15:2 says;  "Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good to edification." How can you be a blessing to your neighbors today. Make that your mission today.

In Matthew 25:33 Jesus said; ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ I dedicate this episode to a dear friend Monte, who entered yesterday into the joy of His Lord. Thank God for faithful friends.

What's your playlist? What's in it? In today's episode I share some thoughts from Colossians 3:16 - Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

So today as the beloved... let us be lovers of others.

Whatever you and I do today... and I mean WHATEVER... may it bring glory to the God who loved and saved us! I pray that all day today, the word whatever will occupy your mind as you live and work. Be blessed!

Galatians 6:9 says; "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Are you feeling tired... exhausted... depleted... I hope today's Morning Manna will encourage you to finish strong.

In today's episode I share the lyrics of two great songs that have always brought me peace in troubled times. I hope they do the same for you today and especially all who are dealing with Hurricane Ian. Be blessed!

Jesus said; "... lift up your eyes and look unto the harvest." May I encourage us all to have eyes and a heart for sharing the good news of the gospel today. Look for those opportunities to plant seed, cultivate what's already been planted, and ready to harvest when ready.

A dear friend posted this on Facebook - “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others” Philippians 2:4 So thankful for a church that reached out to see if I needed hurricane prep help. Look for opportunities today to be a blessing to others. Pray for those in the path of Hurricane Ian.

Let's talk today about our amazing Sheperd... Jesus. He is a good and faithful sheperd who know just what we need today. Trust Him!

John 3:36 says; "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him." That's a big but for sure... but the wrath of God abides on Him. Do you believe in Jesus? Have you trusted Him and Him alone for your salvation? Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Four times in the book of Isaiah 9 and 10 you will see this phrase... "For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still." How powerful is God's mercy to us! Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. That's my challenge to you and myself today. Be encouraged by a special prayer I share with you in today's episode.
