Today I'll share with you a passage that God spoke powerfully in my young life from a Gideon named Jack Floyd. Psalm 40:1–3: “I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined to me, /and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth praise to our God; many will see it and fear, and will trust in the LORD.”

I love what Jesus said in John 13:34–35... “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” On this Valentines Day, let's make this our mission today!

Psalm 37:23-24 says this... "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholds him with His hand." What a blessing it is that God upholds us with His hand. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Psalm 36:7 says this... "How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings." What a beautiful and safe place we have with our God today. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

There is no other God that our God. Don't look to anyone else or anything else. Look to Him today because He is enough.

Listen to what David said in Psalm 28:1–2: “To You I will cry, O LORD my Rock: do not be silent to me, lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. Here's your mission for today... Psalm 132:4-5... I will not give sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids, until I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob.” What is your "first" today?
