God had to send Jesus into this world to understand how we live: to understand us, to know our problems. He lived amongst us. Jesus worked as a carpenter for 18 years; He knows what it is like to face financial pressures, the struggle to buy food. Hebrews says Jesus is able to sympathise with our weaknesses, He was tempted as we are, yet He was without sin, this is why we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, to find help in our time of need. 'Father we come in the greatest Name in heaven and on earth. We come by the power and the authority of the Name of Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. We pray that You will touch Ukraine. Oh holy, mighty God of power, God of Ukraine, stop the war, stop the fighting, bring peace, bring forgiveness. Oh God, in Jesus' Name, as Ukrainian people, we cry out to You. You are two times God's! God made you. You were lost in sin. God searched everywhere for you. Then He sent His Son Jesus and He found you. Although you were lost in sin, He paid a high price to buy you back. That is why the Bible says there is so much joy in Heaven over every sinner who repents! If you want healing in your body, first you must receive healing in your soul. Jesus says to you today, "Child of mine, your sin is forgiven, be made whole, go in peace", then the healing will flow into your heart and body.  Let this be your heart's prayer: 'Oh God, be a Father to me. Take away my pain. Your precious blood has cleansed me, healing my body, filling my soul, making me whole, touching my spirit, healing my mind. Come and touch my spirit, help me to see You again. We are in the final hour, Jesus is coming very quickly, sooner than most realise! If I am correct in my understanding of world events, then we are challenged to evangelise and win the world with great urgency. If I am wrong, we have more time, but at least the sense of urgency will stir us up to seek the outpouring of God's Spirit and we will evangelise now - and we will achieve more! I don't want you to fear prophesied events, let these simple words encourage you: 'Whom shall I fear when darkness around me falls? You place Your light around me even when I stumble and fall. I want you to know who God really is, how great He is! When I was in my prison cell, I got to a point when I couldn't pray, I tried to praise Him, but my teeth were clenched because of my suffering and pain. Suddenly my heart opened and a miracle happened: it was as if Heaven had opened, the cell was filled with a brilliant light, all the angels of Heaven seemed to crowd into that cell, and I began to praise and worship the Lord. I got to my feet and began to run around that cell singing, "Then sings my soul, my Saviour God to Thee, how great Thou art!" The glory of God filled my heart, changing me, the sadness and pain were gone! I was locked in a prison cell, yet I was in the presence of God, experiencing something greater than I had ever known before. In Matthew 8:23-27 Jesus was asleep, a storm arose, so the disciples woke Him saying, 'Don't you care, we're going to die! It's the end of the world...' Jesus got up, bound the storm, the winds stopped, the boat was safe, nobody died. When these strong fishermen saw the demonstration of the power that this Man had over the elements, they said, 'What kind of Man do we have in the boat?' What is 'reasonable service'? 'Reasonable service' is what the mechanic does to your car when it breaks down and you pay him to put it right, and only when it's fixed is it 'reasonable service'! Or you have somebody to clean, or paint, or build your house - but if what they do is only what they are paid for, they're not giving you anything. You pay for it, so it's 'reasonable service'. Christian, the Son of God gave His whole life for you on the cross - and your reasonable service is to give Him your life back in return. That is why the Apostle Paul wrote, 'I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service' (Romans 12:1, KJV). We all accept the need of faith in our lives especially as without it we cannot be saved, but the kind of faith which moves mountains is different. It is a real gift (see the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12), but also it is demonstrably necessary to those who are called into service. It must be a vital part of our experience if we are to engage in spiritual warfare. The believer who has not yet moved a 'mountain', has not yet begun the real task of the ministry because Jesus went on to say that 'nothing is impossible'. I challenge you to begin to act in the power and the authority of your faith. So many times I have had to face the impossible and seen God move in power, and I challenge you to begin to do it yourself! I want to speak especially to young pastors and church leaders: if you desire to serve God, give Him everything you have, don't hold anything back. God hasn't called you into a position of prominence, but has given you the responsibility of service. I want to challenge you, God is saying something very important: He wants you, He wants your life, your time, your family, your money; this is the calling upon your life, God wants everything. Through the prophet Joel, God says, 'I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh...' He goes on to talk about the first and the latter rain. I believe that the first rain fell 2000 years ago on the Day of Pentecost, and that today we are living in the days of the latter rain. As a young man I was determined I would have an experience with God that was incorruptible, that could not be destroyed, that would last until the appearing of Christ! In the late 1950s, I heard that the first World Pentecostal Conference in Jerusalem would be held on the Day of Pentecost, in May 1961. - I was determined to be there to receive a new baptism of fire! My Bible says that the church of God began in fire on the Day of Pentecost, and the church will end in fire when Christ returns! We need to be changed and transformed by the Holy Spirit. When I first travelled to Ukraine they used to get their milk delivered not in a carton, but in a large container on the back of a carriage. When the housewives saw the man in the street with the milk, they didn't take the first jug they saw in the kitchen which was half full of dirty water, no, they took out a clean empty jug. It is the same principle with the Holy Spirit. We need to be emptied of ourselves so that we can be filled with the Holy Spirit! Exploits! Do we as Christians really understand what this means? Daniel says, 'In these evil days that are coming - the people who KNOW their God won't be weak! They won't be defeated! There'll be on FIRE! And they are going to do exploits!' Exploits are the things other people can't or don't do! If you're going to do an exploit, it's something that your friends don't do, something that even the Church doesn't do, something that other pastors, other evangelists don't do. I have written in my office, 'Think God, think big!' How big is God? How powerful is God? My God has the greatest power in heaven, earth and the whole of creation. There is nothing He cannot do! For my God there is no miracle too big, no question too hard, nothing is impossible. So many people say that they want the power of God - power to see their prayer's answered, power to see healing miracles, power to be delivered from all that is wrong in their lives - I want to show you that the power is in the Gospel, and once you have received that power, it should be increasing. If you are believing for a healing miracle, Jesus said in Mark 16:17-18, 'And these signs will follow those who believe, they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.' Jesus doesn't lie. The Bible doesn't lie. If you believe, put your hand on your sickness and pray for your healing in Jesus Name. First, I will pray for you, then I will lead you in prayer. How many of you want the fire and power of God in your life? I am going to pray that God will fill you afresh: 'Father, look at these people. Satisfy the desire of their heart for more of You. Fall afresh on their lives. Fill them with the fire of the Holy Spirit, and let that fire spread from their lives into the lives of their churches, communities and nations. God's message to you is love, forgiveness, healing; He promises to restore the years the locusts have eaten. Jesus will bind up your wounds and heal your bruises. 'To all who mourn in Israel, He will give beauty for ashes, joy instead of mourning, praise instead of despair ... You will rebuild the ancient ruins, repairing cities long ago destroyed ... When you know God, when you trust Him, all the blessing of God will come into your life. He will heal your sickness, take away your pain. He will deliver your nation. But first, the deliverance begins in your heart. The peace has to come into your heart. The repentance has to come into your heart. Then God will change your nation. Forgiveness is at the heart of the Gospel, yet it is one of the hardest things for us to do. How can we forgive others when they have hurt us so badly? But unless we forgive, we ourselves cannot be forgiven; Jesus taught in Matthew 6, 'If you forgive those who have sinned against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.' Our example of how to love and forgive is Jesus. Romans 5:8-10 teaches, 'God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. For since we were restored to friendship with God by the death of His Son while we were still His enemies, we will certainly be delivered from eternal punishment by His life. So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God - all because of what our Lord Jesus Christ has done for us in making us friends of God.' - We must forgive and renew friendship, just as God did for us.
