  • EP 54: What I Learned in 2015

    15/01/2016 Duration: 10min

Well its time to head into 2016 and say our goodbyes to 2015. Since the start of my entrepreneurial career (if you want to call it a career?) in early 2013, I have had various ups and downs in with levels of success, as should be EXPECTED when going down such a path. However, 2015 threw a whole new set of challenges I’ve never experienced in life or in my business. In today’s episode I go over “What I learned in 2015″. I hope you find some insight from my 2015. Feel free to leave a comment below and let me know how YOUR 2015 was! What was your biggest successes and/or failures? If your experienced struggle, how did you deal with it and overcome it?

  • EP 53: How Fitness Will Help You Conqure LIFE

    25/12/2015 Duration: 14min

One of my favorite quotes is "when in doubt, go workout!". This couldn't be anymore true for my life. I believe that almost anything that I have been able to accomplish in life is from overcoming "that little voice" in my head. In my opinion there is NO better way to CRUSH "that little voice" that tries to break you down.. than giving your BEST in the gym. Any time you, force yourself go fight against that little annoying voice (stop running your legs hurt, its too heavy, you cant do it, you're so fat anyway, you're too skinny to gain), you take AWAY some of its power! Over time, when you attack this voice in the gym or while doing physical activity, not only will you feel great about the results you are getting for your body, but you will quickly DESTROY that voice that says "its too hard!" when in the gym or trying to accomplish anything in life.

  • EP 51: Overly Positive Polly Vs Getting Results

    11/12/2015 Duration: 10min

Is it possible to be “overly positive”? While I personally believe being “overly positive” is responsible for a lot of the success that I’ve ever achieved in life, I also think it hurt me in many ways. Big time. When you are “overly Positive”, its easy to get caught in the fog (or la-la-land) of “everything is A-Ok and will all workout in the end”. This mindset will KILL you. I think its important to be very positive and not take life too seriously, however, you DO need to take your RESULTS very seriously. In today's Solo Session I talk about just that!
