Today we’re going to be talking about a really important lesson. It’s a lesson that you’ve probably heard before, but the reality is most entrepreneurs aren’t living up to this lesson. The lesson is what it means to be working ON your business versus working IN your business. This is something that we always need to be thinking about as entrepreneurs.
