I’m giving you some tough love in this episode. You almost certainly don’t need an integrator – I know, it sounds crazy. I have an integrator, but everyone saying they need one is a huge misconception. 90% of the people that I talk to in this space don’t need one, and when they say they’re looking for an integrator, they’re using the wrong word. A lot of big businesses have an integrator, and for them, it’s an important role that needs to be filled. However, it’s a trend that’s gone too far. An integrator is not an executive assistant and not a project manager. I’ll specify on these and give even more examples of what integrators are not. What an integrator does is help you actually execute your vision. You also need to know your business’ core values so that you can hire someone who aligns with them. The most important thing to consider is if you have the right mindset to h
