14/11/2019 Duration: 08minBasically, I analyzed myself to see what modalities move me the most and then I turned them on their head. I shrunk down the images and distorted the sounds that are making me do what I don’t want to do, and I expanded and made a experience vivid, where I was in the state I am currently trying to achieve. I swear to god this shit works bro

What is Hypnogagic Imagery and How to Use it to Have Lucid Dreams
18/10/2019 Duration: 08minOk so basically, hypnogogic imagery happens in the transition period between wakefulness and sleep. We can use this to our advantage and even go into lucid dreams when we know what to do. So while falling asleep, we want to basically try and form these images into dreams. Note that this may take some time, but if you put yourself in a meditative state while drifting to sleep, meaning you are still conscious but your body is falling asleep, you can enter straight into a lucid dream:) I will note the WBTB method will increase the chances of this method working :))

How to Lucid Dream Using Dream Signs
23/09/2019 Duration: 08minIn this video I go over how you can have lucid dreams by using dream signs. When you dream there are elements of your dream that should give you a hint to the fact that you are actually dreaming. In general, there are four main categories. The first is FORM, these dream signs are generally of the nature that something in your dream is not shaped correctly. For example your chair has 5 legs rather than 4 or another example could be your car is blue in your dreams but red in the waking world. The next dream sign is ACTION. These dream signs basically mean the phyisics of the world you are in do not match with the physics of the waking world. So that could be the fact that you are running extremely fast or that gravity is not working as it should. The third dream sign is INNER AWARENESS. This is basically when you see the world differently than how you would normally. A great example is for people who have glasses sometimes dream of seeing clearly while not wearing their glasses. &n

How to do MILD Lucid Dreaming Technique
10/09/2019 Duration: 08minBasically the MILD technique comes down to setting intentions before you go to sleep. As you go to sleep at night just tell yourself and focus on the fact that you are going to have a lucid dream that very night. Next, you can combine this with the Wake Back to Bed (WBTB) method to increase the chances of MILD working. The way this works is basically, wake yourself up during a REM cycle approximately 4.5 hours or 6 hours after initially falling asleep and then, perform the MILD technique as normal. This will greatly increase your chances of having a lucid dream because as you go back to sleep you should enter directly into a lucid dream and carry your intentions to have a lucid dream with you :)

HOW TO STABILIZE AND HAVE MORE VIVD DREAMs
10/09/2019 Duration: 04minbasically our brains are really active when we dream. So we want to activate our brains in order to stay in the REM stage of sleep and dream more (theorized). So to do this we have to create some sort of sensation in the dream, and the way we do this can be by rubbing our hands together or spinning (my favorite).

How to Lucid Dream for Beginners
03/09/2019 Duration: 11minHere it is basically: 1. Make sure that you are remembering your dreams, you can do this by having a well-structured sleep schedule, setting intentions before you go to bed at night (by telling yourself you are going to remember your dreams before falling asleep) and by writing your dreams down immediately after waking up. 2. Next, we want to make it a habit to perform reality checks throughout the day. Choose your favorite and do it consistently. Lastly, once you have the beginning part done, you should switch from having your intentions the night before simply on remembering your dreams to instead telling yourself that you will have a lucid dream.

Taking short summaries (3-4 sentences) of your dreams and using descriptive titles are a good way to practice dream recall and minimize the amount of time you have to spend writing in your dream journal.

How to Lucid Dream the EASY way
30/08/2019 Duration: 11minIn this episode I got over a few things. I talk about how you pretty much have to suck it up and write down what you dreamt the night before. This is essential for you to remember your dreams. The other thing that I go over is reality checks. Basically we want to make it a waking habit that you do reality checks throughout the day. This way, we want to hopefully make it so you do it in your dreams and realize it is a dream and poof now you're lucid.

How changing your sleep schedule can give you lucid dreams
30/08/2019 Duration: 06minbasically, I talk about sleep cycles and how if you wake up on a tail end of a sleep cycle you have a much higher chance to have a lucid dream. So the tail ends of the sleep cycles that you may realistically wake up are : - 6 hours - 7.5 hours - 9 hours With intervals of about 90 minutes, this is where you dream and a great time to wake up so you can easily remember your dreams.
