He is the son of Patrice Endres who disappeared from her hair salon in Cumming, Georgia on April 15, 2004, between 11:37 and 11:50AM. Her remains were found 600 days later on December 6, 2005 in Dawson County, Georgia. In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles we discuss the Las Cruces  Bowling Alley Massacre. On February 10, 1990, in the small town of Las Cruces, New Mexico, two gunmen entered the Las Cruces Bowl on East Amador Avenue. The manager Stephanie Senac was getting ready to open up, she was in the office with her daughter, Melissa Repass her friend Amy Houser. Ida Holguin, who worked as the bowling alley cook, was setting up for the day in the kitchen. Steve Teran, the pin mechanic, would arrive a short time later with his daughters, Valerie and Paula, aged 2 and 6. Rolling murdered five students in Gainesville, Florida, over four days in late August 1990. Rolling later confessed to raping several of his victims, committing a triple homicide in his home city of Shreveport, Louisiana, and attempting to murder his father in May 1990. In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles we take a bus ride and discuss the 1976 Chowchilla bus kidnapping which was the abduction of a school bus driver and 26 children, ages 5 to 14, in Chowchilla, California, United States, on July 15, 1976. The kidnappers held their captives in a box truck buried in a quarry in Livermore, California, intending to demand a ransom for their return. In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles we discuss Jesse Anderson who on April 21, 1992, in Milwaukee Wisconsin, stabbed his wife Barbara Anderson to death, then staged the scene and fabricated a story that two African-Americans attacked them. He was arrested four days later, convicted of murder in August, and sentenced to life in September. He called White Country Sheriff Steve Page to report his discovery and to confirm that it was Foster's car with two human remains found inside. The remains were later confirmed to be Foster and Bechtel. In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles, Donnie interviews Ashley McCraw, daughter of Walter Vernon McCraw who was last seen by his parents on July 6, 2018 when they dropped him off at the Waffle House on 1808 E. Dixon Blvd. Shelby North Carolina. An officer found Vernon sleeping in the grass with his leg in the road just down the street at the McDonald’s at 206 E. Dixon Blvd. on July 11. The officer confirmed Vernon left the area on foot. Later that day, someone turned in Vernon’s ID that was found near the old police department on Lafayette Street. According to Lieutenant Jason Benfield of the Shelby Police Department, many people knew of him and would come to his aid when he needed it. “A lot of people would see Vernon and see him in diabetic distress and call an ambulance because they knew he had health issues,” said Benfield. James Renner is mostly known for his true-crime journalism. As a reporter for Cleveland Scene, he uncovered new clues and suspects in the cold-case murder of Amy Mihaljevic. His work led to the successful closure of the Tina Harmon case in 2009. He spent months researching the Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus abductions when the girls were still missing and is haunted by the fact that he had Castro’s name in his notes. His true crime writing has been featured in the Best American Crime Reporting anthology. His selection was the first true crime article to use a dream sequence as a narrative device. Renner has always been interested in filmmaking, as well.
