Episode 5: How's Mental Health Treating You? With Rasheed
20/04/2019 Duration: 01h25minAfter attending an event on campus called "I Am A Person", a space that allowed people to share their stories about mental health issues, I found that a lot of people had experiences that were very relatable to mine. Being that I have never been clinically diagnosed with a mental health issue, I started to seek answers about my own mental health. I sit down with Rasheed, a fellow Psychology major that attended the event and shared some of his experiences, to talk more about mental health, counseling, and some factors that could effect mental health.
