One morning as I was making breakfast my husband asked me a simple question. I exploded into tears. Here is what he said and what I learned.

Instead of criticizing, demanding and nagging my husband...I started using THIS phrase and was amazed by the shift in my husband’s response.

I could not believe THIS was the question I had been unconsciously asking myself...over and over again. Everything changed when I started asking myself THIS new question :)

My letter to God...written from a place of deep pain, despair and hopelessness. Here is what He said back to me.

One day I decided to create a board where I could list out every person, place and thing I wanted to bless, sow into and gave back to/pay it forward...here is what transpired...!

I never knew 30 seconds could have such a profound impact in someone else’s life...and ultimately, my own life as well.

One night I almost made a PERMANENT decision out of a TEMPORARY situation...! This is what I did instead.

How one colored sticky note on the back of my bedroom door radically altered the entire direction of my life...

What I discovered is REALLY going on when I feel irritated/frustrated/resentful...and the SIMPLEST thing I did that made those feelings completely disappear!

I saw the most BEAUTIFUL example today of someone Unleashing Their Shine...and it brought me back to a time when I was NOT shining...

Tonight during our marriage group, I realized I accidentally slipped into “Brittany-Power” mode...here what I’m doing to change that
