Synopsis
"Captains Courageous" is an 1897 novel, by Rudyard Kipling. It chronicles the adventures of fifteen-year-old Harvey Cheyne Jr., spoiled son of a Railroad Tycoon. Harvey Cheyne Jr. will be rescued by a fishing vessel. Disko Troop is the captain and he is very strict. Harvey, with the help of the son of Captain Dan troop, becomes skilled in fishing and soon also an accomplished sailor. The boy becomes a man.
