Informações:

Synopsis

Renowned fine art photographer and Hasselblad ambassador Julia Fullerton-Batten joins the podcast to talk about her early love of photography and the journey that would take her from assisting commercial photographers and working night jobs, to finding her own voice as an artist and creating the beautiful cinematic style she is known for today, with large scale personal projects that have graced the walls of galleries, collectors, and publications around the world.  During our conversation Julia talks about her childhood and what it was like growing up in different areas of the world and how that story would one day lead her to try and express it visually with her earliest personal collection of images called "Teenage Stories".  We also talk about the transition from advertising work to the fine art world, where she draws creative inspiration from, what it's like trying to manage personal projects that require a huge crew, and the advice she gives to others trying to find their own creative voice.   To Learn
