Reality Vs Perception

No matter how hard you work, sometimes you will not get the recognition you deserve. Just because someone does not give you your flowers, does not me you did not work hard, were not the best, and did not deserve them. But you should consider if it's time to consider taking your talents elsewhere, where you can make an impact and also get the recognition you deserve. And sometimes if you have slighted someone for recognition, Thomas Rhett said it right. "When you do somebody wrong, make it right." And do it before you lose them.
