Synopsis

This episode deals with how to take care of and take steps to improve the value of our number one asset. Eliza Bacot began her nursing career as a nursing assistant, providing care to pediatric patients at a regional hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, in 2003. She became a Registered Nurse, caring for patients in the cardiovascular, surgical and medical intensive care units of several large regional hospitals. Bacot completed a Master of Science in Acute Care Nursing at Emory University in Atlanta in 2007. From 2007 to 2014, she was an acute care nurse practitioner in the medical intensive care unit of a large hospital.
