Shock rang throughout the Western world as we have watched the war escalate. Along with the war, numerous theories, stories, videos, and reactions spread like wildfire. Truth, fact, and fiction mixed together to send tongues wagging. The US and other countries responded by placing crushing sanctions on Russia, meant to deter and encourage peaceful resolution to the attack. It didn't. Some thought the war would be over in a weekend... but no one suspected the tenacity of the Ukrainian people or its leader, President Zelensky who fight the superpower.
