It has been 4 weeks since my partial tec repair surgery. I am following the protocol given by my surgeon which has involved wearing a brace and no movement of my shoulder for 4 weeks. I could not be happier to finally have the brace off. The next update will most likely be a video with some of my rehab exercise so make sure you follow along.
