Synopsis

I decided to try the OMAD style of eating for one month and share my experience with you. The OMAD diet is basically fasting for 23 hours a day and eating your one meal in that hour.  I ended up only doing it for 2 weeks for the reasons I talk about in this episode. I share my thoughts on the OMAD diet, who it would be good for, and who it is not ideal for.  I also talk about the reasons why I tried this and the benefits that come along with fasting in general.
