Center Point Assembly

Sunday, Oct 31, 2021 - The message today is about the 2nd Identity statement Jesus makes to His followers following the Beatitudes. The 1st Identity Jesus gives us is "Salt" which we spoke about last week. The 2nd is "Light" of which we are speaking today. In Matthew 5:14-16, Jesus says, "You are the Light of the World". Sounds simple enough, but as we dig into what He is really saying, we will see this is very profound. Light's main purpose is to uncover what's hidden in the darkness. Think about that for a minute, sometimes what's hidden in the darkness is potentially going to hurt us, and other times it's something that we're trying to hide and keep from being exposed. There's so much to talk about and such little time. Listen in and worship with us. It was also a surprise pastor appreciation presentation of which I kept a little in here.
