Mindset Matters

While I didn’t know Ken Ravizza like others did, I still feel the sting of this loss. I read about him in my textbooks while I was in school in the field, I heard about him from my peers, and when I finally met him in January of 2017, he was everything that all my peers had told me he was. He was kind, he was funny, he was authentic, he was intelligent, and he was a delight to be around.
