Special Benefit Evening: Voices of Grief and Melanie DeMore Sebastopol Grange Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 @ 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm Final Passages presents a screening of the 40-minute documentary, Voices of Grief. Plus a live performance by Grammy-nominated East Bay vocalist Melanie DeMore! Voices of Grief explores the discouragement in our culture for the normal grief and mourning process while at the same time offering a new perspective on how to honor, transform and integrate our grief. The film is based on the interplay of teachings from contemporary authors, poets, and spiritual teachers coupled with the stories of our group participants as we companion one another in our group support work. Interviewed in the film is the evening’s featured guest, Bay Area-based Melanie DeMore. Melanie will share empowering and healing music in a very special live, vocal performance and will speak to questions and share commentary after the film.
