 In deep space, the crew of the commercial starship FantasyAnime is awakened from their cryo-sleep capsules halfway through their journey home to investigate a distress call from an anime vessel. The terror begins when the crew encounters a nest of eggs inside the anime ship. An organism from inside an egg leaps out and attaches itself to one of the crew causing him to fall into a coma. The starship crash lands in remote Ohio, disturbing a group of American podcasters at their base camp known to many as Super Movie Ball. The podcasters, Peter and Mack, take in the anime organism later identified as the 1987 Japanese animated film(anime) known as Lily C.A.T.. The anime, it brutally attacks both human beings in the camp and they discover that the beast can assume the shape of its victims.
