Deceptively Fast With Seth Payne

Usually "middle age" means 45-60 years old, but the true median age of men in America is 37. To find out how these median aged men feel about their health as they start the back 9 of their lives, Men's Health surveyed hundreds of 37 year old men. My buddy Drew Hodgdon and I are a bit past 37, but we went ahead and measured ourselves against the oldest of the millennials. Seth Payne is a retired NFL player who spent 10 years playing for the Jaguars and Texans. He now hosts a sports radio show in Houston.
