The Triathlon Brick Session

Mark chats with Pro Triathlete Matt Russell who was 6th overall at the Ironman World Championships in Kona 2018. Matt nearly died last year in Kona when a vehicle pulled out in front of him during the race. The injuries to his neck and throat were life threatening; it was a miracle he survived. Against all the odds Matt came back to race Kona 12 months later with a phenomenal 6th place performance.
